Kendra Hofmann-Curry

Kendra Hofmann-Curry joined APU having previously taught 11th and 12th grade students in the US. Throughout her career both as an educator and alongside a speech and language pathologist, she has worked extensively with students that have learning disabilities or other special needs.

Kendra has also exhibited her dedication to children through her previous internships at non-profit organizations in the US that promote the health and wellbeing of infants and youths, many of whom are at-risk. Kendra looks forward to being part of APU’s growth and is excited to share American culture with students at the school as well as learn about Vietnamese culture from them.

Kendra earned her Masters of Education degree with an emphasis on teaching from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in educational leadership from the University of San Diego.
