Bing Lee

Bing Lee has served as the Director of Operations for APU since 2005, and is responsible for all activities in the areas of administration, human resources, accounting, security, transportation and facilities management. He also acts as the company representative in legal processes in Vietnam and abroad.

Prior to joining APU, Bing served for over three years as the Director of Operations for American College Preparation Institute and Director of Project Planning & Development for Vietnamese American Training College in Ho Chi Minh City. Bing had 9 years of experience in the service delivery system of the federally funded Employment and Training Programs, and headed the Job Training Center for the City of San Diego’s Downtown Revitalization Project. Bing worked as General Manager in several industries, including seafood processing and export, electronics manufacturing and real estate, both in Vietnam and the United States.

Bing graduated from French Lycée Jean Jacques Rousseau and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the Faculty of Letters. He also earned an MBA from the University of Minh Duc.
