The APU Dual Enrollment Program with the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) is a unique program in Asia and an outstanding opportunity for APU students. While completing their high school diploma at APU, students can simultaneously enroll in courses at UMKC. When courses are completed satisfactorily, UMKC issues a transcript with Dual Enrollment Program courses credited to the student. These credits are transferable to thousands of universities across the US.

Through dual enrollment, students are able to jump-start their university study. Students may earn up to two full years of university credit through the program.

Students from top high schools in Ho Chi Minh City are welcome to apply to the program. Many factors are considered in admitting students to the program, including a required SAT score of 2100 or higher. Note that this requirement is waved for APU students.
